Amsterdam, 6 oktober 2014 – De FCPA blog publiceert eens in de zoveel tijd een overzicht met bedrijven die onderwerp zijn van een lopend en onopgelost aan de Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) gerelateerd onderzoek. Zij baseren deze lijst op stukken die uit openbaarmakingen bij zaken van de Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) naar boven komen en/of betrouwbare nieuwsbronnen. Beide onderzoeksinstantie laten zelf niets los over lopende onderzoeken en geven ook geen commentaar. Hierdoor komen niet-publieke bedrijven en bedrijven die (nog) niets over het onderzoek openbaargemaakt hebben, niet in de lijst voor.
